With great pleasure we announce that on November 16th, a highly insightful conference was organized by the National Center for Public Administration & Local Governmentwith the subject of evaluating the implementation of Law 4412/2016.
In their introductory remarks, the President of ESPPA, Ms. Theotokatou, as well as the General Secretary of Commerce and Consumer Protection, Mr. Anagnostopoulos, set the tone by highlighting the key issues at stake and the reforms currently underway.
Among the distinguished speakers, Ms. Gina Mavrommati, a Counselor to the Hellenic Court of Audit, and Mr. P. Danias, a Judge at the Administarative Court of Appeal, Mr. Gregorios Michailopoulos, the Managing Partner of MICHAILOPOULOS &ASSOCIATES, provided a critical overview of the implementation of Law 4412 over the past six years. He underscored the pivotal changes it has introduced compared to the previous period and discussed the future of public procurement contracts.
