Mr. Gregorios Michailopoulos, the Managing Partner of our firm, was invited to participate to the “Doing Business – Improvement of the Entrepreneurial Environment of Greece” virtual conference, during which he had the chance to comment upon the institutional investment framework of Greece and the problematic pace of judicial proceedings related to investment projects.
The event was organised by the Greek Government and the Ministry of Development and Investments with the participation, among others, of the Minister of Development and Investments, Mr. Adonis Georgiadis and the Deputy Minister responsible for the coordination of the Government work, Mr. Akis Skertsos. High-ranked representatives of the DG Reform of the European Commission, the World Bank, and important stakeholders of the Greek entrepreneurial and legal landscape delivered interesting speeches, in a lively and constructive debate.
