‘MICHALOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES’ has successfully concluded the drafting of the Regulations of an e-Auction System and the set of relevant legal documents on behalf of the Chamber of Kilkis, the Greek-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki and the Greek- German Chamber of Commerce.
The οperation of an e-AUCTION system (www.e-auctionmarket.eu) for agrifood products in the cross-border area of Greece – FYROM, which aims at strengthening the local economic activities and the international profile of enterprises, with particular emphasis on the agrifood sector, constitutes from a legal point of view a major step towards the consolidation of electronic auctions under the Law of Electronic Commerce.
