Mr. Gregorios Michailopoulos, Managing Partner at MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES Law Firm, participated at the highly interactive ‘round table’ dealing with the quality and the effectiveness of the recently revised dispute mechanism in procurement procedures, that concluded the works of the conference. Mr. Michailopoulos spoke about the compatibility of the remedies regime with EU law, stressing the practical benefits of the incorporation of the application for suspension and the application for annulment in a single legal document. The debate that followed with the participants in the round table, a highly esteemed Judge of the Council of State, two Professors of Public Law and a practitioner in Public Procurement, was one of a kind.
