‘MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES’ represented successfully an Intermediate Body (ΙΒ) in a case concerning a systemic control carried out by the Financial Control Committee (EDEL), according to which, it was initially concluded that the controlled entity “partially functions”, calling into question its management proficiency and putting on hold the possibility of managing co-financed funds.
The legal argumentation raised in the administrative appeal, as argued during the hearing session, has been accepted by the EDEL, which by virtue of the Final Audit Report has proceeded to the revision of its provisionary judgment and to the improvement of its original rating and, thus, has finally confirmed the capacity of the body to manage co-financed funds.
