We are pleased to announce that our firm teamed up as a sub-contractor with EY Greece, aiming at providing services regarding the modernization of the legal framework of the Greek Public Investment Programme.
In implementation of a contract assigned by DG REFORM of the European Commission to EY, our legal team will assess the current relevant legal framework, identify gaps and areas of improvement, examine options for its simplification and modernization, and draft concrete legislative proposals regarding both the structure and the content of the Greek Public Investment Programme legislation.
