Spyros Theodoropoulos is an attorney with expertise in Public Law and extensive experience within the public administration. Since 2025, he has been serving as Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, with a primary focus on the oversight of public procurement procedures. In 2024, he held the position of Special Legal Associate at the General Secretariat of the Aegean Decentralized Administration, where he was responsible for assessing the legality of administrative acts and addressing issues related to environmental and urban planning law. From 2023 to 2024, he also served as a Special Legal Associate at the General Secretariat for Agricultural Development and Food, further strengthening his experience in key areas of administrative law.
His responsibilities in these public sector roles have included, among others, the supervision of public procurement processes, the review of administrative legality, and the legal handling of urban planning and environmental matters.
Moreover, he practices in a wide range of legal areas, including property law, penal law, inheritance law and commercial law.
