Evangelia (Elina) Methymaki is a Lawyer-Legal Counsel specializing in Public Procurement
Law, with experience in complex public and EU-funded projects, including high-value
projects funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).

Her practice is focused on legal consulting, legal support, and legal services related to public
procurement issues, as well as general legal matters, under national and EU procurement
and funding frameworks.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in a wide range of public procurement
procedures. She is skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and various legal
documents and reports, ensuring full regulatory compliance and accuracy.

She has developed an in-depth understanding of the regulatory frameworks and contract
implementation monitoring. She also tracks legislative developments to ensure ongoing
compliance and supports decision-making through clear and concise legal briefings.

She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Procurement: Theory and Practice,
further strengthening her academic background in the field.
