Michailopoulos & Associates Law Firm had the honor of participating in the 15th annual “The Future of Healthcare in Greece” Conference, both as a sponsor and as an active speaker, represented by Managing Partner Gregorios Michailopoulos.
The conference, organized by Health Daily and BOUSSIAS Events, took place on June 3rd, 2025, and brought together 35 distinguished Greek and international speakers, including healthcare professionals, researchers, academics, industry leaders, health insurance representatives, and patient advocates.
Mr. Michailopoulos was a featured speaker in the fourth thematic session titled:
“Translating Innovation into Impact: Building a Resilient and Patient-Centered Healthcare System.”
His presentation, entitled “Transforming Public Health Procurement: Digital Innovation, Crisis Response and Strategic Mechanisms Enabled by the Recovery Fund,” focused on:
- The regular public procurement system (Centralized Healthcare Procurement Authority – EKAPY),
- The emergency procurement framework (Public Health Drug Importation Mechanism – IFET S.A.),
- And the new strategic mechanisms and tools enabled by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), including infrastructure projects, procurement, and services.
