In her previous role as Special Legal Advisor to the Special Secretariat for European Regiona Development Fund (ERDF) and SF funded Sectoral OPS, Eftychia managed a multitude of cases related to intricate investment plans and projects co-financed by EU funds. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in refining significant legal frameworks pertaining to development and competitiveness issues. Her contributions extended to her active involvement in the formulation of the Financial Instruments for the Programming Period 2014-2020 and her participation in consultations and negotiations with entities such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Investment Fund (EIF), and systemic banks’ administrations.
Eftychia also served as a member of the investment board of InfraFoF. Moreover, she possesses significant knowledge and extensive experience in matters concerning Civil Law, Real Estate, Commercial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, and issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
